How we use your proposal data

Companies submit information to Siris Finland Oy through this portal so that we can assess potential partnerships on projects in Finland.

Information you provide

Company registration and contact details, team trades, capacity, qualifications, availability, rates and partnership notes. The initial form does not request identity documents or other individual worker data.

How the information is used

We use it to review your proposal, agree commercial terms and contact your company representative about a potential partnership. Proposals and rates are not displayed publicly to other subcontractors. Only authorised SIRIS administrators can access them.

Updating your information

To update or request removal of your proposal, email Siris Finland Oy at partners@shiprepairsolutions.com and include your proposal reference.
